Import Tips
- First row must contain column headers
- Dates should be in
YYYY-MM-DDformat - Decimal values use
.as separator - Boolean fields accept:
Yes/No,1/0,True/False - Duplicate records (by code/email) are skipped
- Related data (Asset Types, Locations, Cost Centers) is auto-created if not found
- PDF imports: Data must be in tabular format; scanned/image PDFs are not supported
