Scanning Instructions
Barcode Scanning:
  1. Click in the barcode input field or ensure it's focused
  2. Scan the asset's barcode using your barcode scanner
  3. The system will automatically look up the asset
  4. You'll be redirected to the asset details page
RFID Scanning:
  1. Ensure your RFID reader is connected
  2. Place the asset near the RFID reader
  3. The tag ID will be captured automatically
  4. A scan record will be created in the system
